ShangLi International Standards Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as “SIS”) is located at Qingpu of Zhangjiang High-tech Industrial Zone. Founded in 2014, SIS is independent third-party testing lab. Key team members are coming from Shanghai Jiaotong, Fudan, Nanjing, East China University. Technical staff is contributing 80% while 50% above is holding Master and Bachelor degrees of engineering. Business covers medical apparatus and instruments products mechanical physical performance testing , medical apparatus and instruments FDA, CE, CFDA testing consultancy, research and development testing design, finite element analysis, auto safety performance testing, auto and parts deployment testing, temperature and humidity environment testing, temperature shock testing, battery chamber testing, other customized auto parts testing, customized lab instrument and device development and design, lab management system software development etc.

ShangLi International Standards Co., Ltd. founded at medical equipment and food college of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, thus form cooperative relationship with the University for research, development and business. Meanwhile, SIS work closely with Shanghai medical instrument testing institute, Intertek, SGS, TPS, Pudong Hospital. SIS also carry out customized testing for new type medical apparatus and instruments. SIS is RTL of Intertek and now applying CMA and CNAS certification.
